Bouldering is a great way to move your body in many different ways while getting more flexible, stronger and challenge yourself mentally.
I'd love to give you a kickstart so you can improve and get even more fun and results out of your sessions on the wall.
As former manager of a bouldergym, trainer of both adults and kids and passionate boulderer myself I want to pass on the enthousiasm and skills that are both equally important in this sport.
